1.Account Opening (a) The minimum denomination of the scheame is Rs. 200/- per month only and multiples of Rs.100/- per month thereafter.However one can make payment on weekly/monthly/quarterly/half yearly basis in the same proportion.
(b) The Society reserves the right to reject any application for opening the Account without assigning any reason.
(c) The Society reserves the right to attach/transfer any Account to any of its Authorised Centre/its Agents Authorised Centre.
2.Tenure Of Account The tenure of the Account is 60 month
3.Mode Of Payment All payments to the Society shall be made either in cash or by Cheque/Draft against the receipt countersigned by its authorised signatory.Paymeny by any mode or media other than mentioned above shall be at the Member Account Holder's on risk.The Cheque/Draft shall be creaditedin the name of Member Account Holder subject to clearance by the Bank. Outstation Cheques sall not be accepted.
4.Issue of Passbook A Passbook will be issued to every Member Account Holder.The Member Account Holder shall get the Passbook up[dated at regular intervals.If any discrepancy or difference in the amountis found between the entries made in the Passbook and receipts duly countersigned by theauthorised signatory of the Authorised Centre bearing seal of the Society's Authorised Centre,payment sall be made on the basis of receipts only.
5. Maturity: The Member Account Holder shall serrender The Passbook to the Society and the maturity sall be paid along with the interest as per below mentioned Chart. No additional Interest would be paid on the maturity amount,if taken after the scheduled period.
6.Loan Against Deposit: Member Account Holder who deposited minimum 12 months instalments regularly can, after completion of 12 months from the date of opening of account,avail loan against deposit, maximum upto 75% of the principle amount standing to the creadit ofthe Member Account Holder as on the date of application. Member Account Holder will have to submit an application for availing loan against deposit facility wich will be paid within 15 days from the date of the application. Interest @ 1.25% per month(monthly compounded)will be charged on the loan amount. At the time of maturity any amount remaining unpaid after adjusting the outstanding dues (loan against deposit,interest and any other amount) shall be paid by Society's Authorised Centre/its Agent's Authorised centre.
7.Double Nominee System: Member Account Holder, if so desires can appoint tow nominees definding the proportion in which the amount is to be given to each nominee. However, this declaration must be made at the time of opening the account only.
8.Children Welfare Plan: Every Member Account Holder can avail the benefit of enrolling one of his/her children under the "Children Welfare Plan." Under this plan, an anual fee of Rs.20/- is taken from every member by the Society. An examination of the children enrollrd under this plan,is conducted,either in Hindi or English medium, twice in year i.e., January and july, which is dvided into five groups. The best 25 children of each group are awarded Brilliancy Certificate/Appreciation Certificate. A camp for the recipients of Brilliancy Certifiate is organised every year for ten days, From the 18th May to 27th May. i want to know the email id of your senior and other one because i am an customer of it but not get paid after finishing my tenure. Kindly let us know your senior number so i will inform them for consumer forum. Because i am going to use this as i am getting confused with company and staffs working on it.

But i want all details of this company so i will go to consumer court because they are not paying my maturity amount and they did not clear with me how much interest they pay if they pay me late. I have your slip and passbook both but first of all i want to let you know before going to consumer court.

i am Apparao Nakka, I have deposited 1000 rupees every month up to 29 months in SAHARA M BENEFIT . on july 12th the tenure was closed. but still now i didn't receive the fund. please do closure process as early as possible. if not i want to proceed legally.
